The only person who needs to believe in yourself is you. You control your own success through your daily self talk and the actions you take. Smile πŸ˜ƒ You decide what equals success and happiness in your life. Don't allow others to dictate how you live your life. Stay focused on doing what's best for you. Take time each morning through meditation to be still, get quiet and look within and be present in the moment. Laugh outloud 😸 Reflect on what you are grateful for, what you've accomplished thus far and what you intend to accomplish. Start each day with a plan and a determined mindset that you are enough and will accomplish the things you planned for the day. Don't be so hard on yourself πŸ₯Š Follow a disciplined routine of daily practices that will keep you on the path to success. This includes, getting up at a routine time, start with quiet time, exercise 30 minutes each day preferably outside, devote one hour towards your goals and self improvement such as learning new communication skills and spend time with loved ones. Forgive yourself & others πŸ€— Reflect on your accomplishments of the day and what you are grateful for each night before bed. Visualize what success looks like the next day as you fall asleep. Your subconscious will start to focus on these things and will manifest them in your life. Give & Receive Love ❀ Wake up with excitement and passion for a new day and new opportunity to experience life, love, joy, nature, those you encounter and connection with yourself and those most important to you. In this Change Through Pain podcast episode, I share five easy steps to give a proper apology and why this is vital to the success of your relationships. It’s easy to say you are sorry, but not mean it, and continue the same behavior.

An apology without changed behavior is as good as getting your tires rotated without removing your tires.

A sincere heartfelt apology involves five important steps which are often overlooked by the person apologizing.

The recipient often accepts a simple “I’m sorry” and expects the hurtful words or actions to not happen again.

While in reality, the lesson is often times not learned, because they do not understand how their actions hurt your feelings.

They also did not acknowledge the hurtful actions and how you were made to feel.

This is a perfect opportunity to teach others by communicating exactly what they said or did to hurt you and how it made you feel.

Your feelings are important and your boundaries are necessary to protect your peace. Don’t miss the opportunity to teach someone how to treat you.

What you accept will result in how you are treated. You have the right to walk away if you feel disrespected after sharing your feelings and setting boundaries.

When you are coming from a place of love, those who want to be a part of your life will respect your wishes.

Five easy steps to apologize:

1) Admit you were wrong by dropping the ego.
2) Be empathetic when listening to the person you hurt.
3) Acknowledge what you said and how it was hurtful.
4) Admit what you will do differently.
5) Change your behavior.

Don’t allow ego to keep you from apologizing to someone important in your life. There are no do overs and we are not promised tomorrow.

Forgiveness is the key to living an abundant life of empathy, peace and love. You must forgive not only those who have wronged you, but forgive yourself in order to heal and focus on being and staying in the present moment. I don't know about you, but I want every present moment to be filled with as much joy and love as humanly possible. I've learned to forgive and let go through daily guided meditation and my life has forever changed for the better. My anxiety has almost disappeared, my empathy towards myself and others is now at maximum capacity, my appreciation for the simple things in life is more abundant and my passion and purpose have become my daily pursuit. I understand how hurt some of you are, however, understand that you are capable of choosing to forgive and let go of those chains that have been holding you back. You make a choice every second how you react to your thoughts, circumstances and the people around you. Decide to stop suffering by releasing the resentment and anger and decide to accept who you are, where you are and how you got there. Choose to love yourself first and share your love with the world around you. Forgive those who don't know any better and are doing the best they can at the present moment. Set yourself free and live your life the way it was intended. What are you waiting for? Get Inspired To Change Your Life www.changethroughpain.com
