In this Change Through Pain podcast episode, I define how sobriety applies to any area of your life that you are using addiction to run from. Sobriety is a decision to eliminate substance abuse, overeating, sexual addiction, being a victim, negative self-talk, binge-watching movies or television shows and the list goes on and on.
