Sobriety is a decision to eliminate substance abuse, overeating, sexual addiction, being a victim, negative self-talk, binge-watching movies or television shows and the list goes on and on. There are 4 key steps that include Release, Rebuild, Replace and Renew. Once you choose to no longer allow your addiction to control, your life is when your new life begins one day at a time.
