Worrying creates anxiety which is typically caused by focusing on the future and not living in the present. When you practice staying focused on your present situation and allow the future to run its course naturally, you will discover more awareness of the people and things happening around you. You will start to appreciate and enjoy the little things you may not have noticed or taken the time to enjoy when you were worrying about tomorrow. It's a good idea to plan for the future, however, don't get caught up creating a story of what might happen which creates worry. By living your life fully focused on the present, your energy will begin to align with the people and things you are meant to connect with helping you to accomplish your goals and find your purpose. Open your mind and heart to the realization that when you are living authentically in the present, you are capable of finding the true meaning of how life is meant to be lived. Stop taking things personally and choose not to react or respond and maintain self control. When you react out of emotion, you give it power and you lose control. Practice meditating daily on dismissing your ego, forgiving any hurts you are holding onto, connecting with your true purpose and understanding that what others might say or do that is hurtful is not a reflection of you, but a projection of their unhealed hurts. This could be the turning point in your life to finally make sense of your pain and turn it into passion and purpose. I know it's tough and some days you just don't have the desire to fight another uphill battle, but it will start to make sense. That's when you must not quit and do whatever it takes to get through the temporary hardship. You allow yourself to suffer by focusing your thoughts and energy on the past and what you cannot change. Stay in the present by shouting at the top of your lungs if necessary, how grateful you are for anything and everything. Don't stop until you believe it and then tell yourself how strong and able you really are to do great things. The pain is only temporary and it confirms you are on the path to a new exciting opportunity to meet someone new, do something extraordinary or reinvent your life. Think of each struggle as the chapter in your life that makes you wiser, stronger and more appreciative of what you do have. Accept where you are now, begin to create new ideas of what happiness and success looks like for you and take massive daily action. You are strong and capable of recovery and healing. If you look within, you'll find untapped strength and determination to get through any challenge life throws in front of you. You will greatly benefit from the help of others and gain powerful insights into the healing process. Many have suffered like you and many are currently suffering like you. Don't be afraid to reach out as you will often heal quicker be opening up and being vulnerable. You are also capable of rewiring your brain to control your thought patterns and ultimately how you respond to your thoughts and the world around you. Meditating through breathing and yoga and connecting with your subconscious is the key to understanding and fully experiencing life. What do you have to lose? You have so much to gain if these practices do work. There are multiple teachings that confirm the results and practitioners who have devoted their lives to these beliefs and live an extraordinary life beyond anything the average person traditionally experiences. If you are religious or spiritual, these practices will open up a whole new understanding of how humans are connected to the universe and beyond. I can only speak for myself and can confirm that my life will forever be lived fully and connected in the present by practicing these daily rituals.
