Creating and setting personal boundaries as well as standing firm when someone pushes your boundaries is one of the secrets to living your best life. πŸ’₯ Personal boundaries are guidelines, rules or limits that a person creates to identify reasonable, safe and permissible ways for other people to behave towards them and how they will respond when someone passes those limits. πŸ›‘ Types of boundaries Physical: who can touch you and where Sexual: who can touch you and where in a sexual way Emotional: things people say to or about you Generosity: things you will do and how often for others πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ It's important to step back and reflect on both your personal and professional relationships to determine if you are able to speak your truth and not allow others to take advantage of you. πŸ– Personal boundaries are important in order to maintain your self-respect, mental, emotional and physical health, your safety and privacy. πŸ₯Š Violations of your boundaries occur when someone does or says something that makes you uncomfortable. πŸ‘Š Have you set boundaries in all areas of your life? The only person who needs to believe in yourself is you. You control your own success through your daily self talk and the actions you take. Smile πŸ˜ƒ You decide what equals success and happiness in your life. Don't allow others to dictate how you live your life. Stay focused on doing what's best for you. Take time each morning through meditation to be still, get quiet and look within and be present in the moment. Laugh outloud 😸 Reflect on what you are grateful for, what you've accomplished thus far and what you intend to accomplish. Start each day with a plan and a determined mindset that you are enough and will accomplish the things you planned for the day. Don't be so hard on yourself πŸ₯Š Follow a disciplined routine of daily practices that will keep you on the path to success. This includes, getting up at a routine time, start with quiet time, exercise 30 minutes each day preferably outside, devote one hour towards your goals and self improvement such as learning new communication skills and spend time with loved ones. Forgive yourself & others πŸ€— Reflect on your accomplishments of the day and what you are grateful for each night before bed. Visualize what success looks like the next day as you fall asleep. Your subconscious will start to focus on these things and will manifest them in your life. Give & Receive Love ❀ Wake up with excitement and passion for a new day and new opportunity to experience life, love, joy, nature, those you encounter and connection with yourself and those most important to you.
