Many men struggle with issues such as low confidence, lack of discipline, and difficulty defining their core values and living on purpose. Change Through Pain aims to address these needs by offering a comprehensive coaching program that includes a smartphone app and one-on-one coaching services. The target market for Change Through Pain is men aged 18-45 who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. The program is designed to appeal to men who are looking for a structured and supportive environment in which to work on becoming their best selves. The program is also suitable for men who are looking for guidance and support in achieving their goals and improving their mental, physical, financial, and relational health.

My name is Bradley Wendling and I am a practicing men’s coach, father of two teenage sons, and sober for almost four years. I am passionate about helping others become their best selves and am dedicated to improving my coaching skills through self-care practices such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, and reading self-improvement books. As a coach, I am committed to addressing the mental health crisis and increasing rates of suicide by providing support and guidance to men struggling with addiction, toxic negativity, and other challenges. Through my coaching program, I use science-based exercises to help men improve their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational, and financial health. I believe in the importance of showing up as my best self each day in order to effectively serve others. My strengths include devotion, intuitive listening, discernment, a calm and comfortable demeanor, and clear and strong communication. I am dedicated to empowering men to have confidence, be disciplined, and live on purpose with passion.

To join the Man On A Mission program, men can sign up on the Change Through Pain website and follow the steps to set up their Quenza account, and download the app. The program begins with a deep dive into the participant’s current life satisfaction, priorities, goals, and desired outcomes from the program. This is followed by a video chat with the coach to review the responses, discuss best practices, and answer any questions.

The program then progresses with weekly activities and exercises, including the Wheel of Life, Personality Types, Meditation, Journaling, Fitness, Routines, Breathwork, Cold Exposure, Anger, Stress, Triggers, Strengths, Core values, Shadow work, Comfort zone, Emotions, Boundaries, Ikigai, Your best self, Goal setting, and Vision Board.

Participants are expected to complete the required activities, participate in discussions, take risks, and step out of their comfort zones in order to achieve the desired results of building confidence, becoming more disciplined, defining their core values, determining their purpose, becoming better communicators, and setting and achieving their goals.

The goal of Change Through Pain is to make the Man on a Mission Mastermind app available to as many men as possible and to help them improve their mental, physical, financial, and relational health. The program is designed for men who want to make positive changes in their lives, and who are ready to take on the challenge of becoming their best selves.
