We don’t always get what we want

We all deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and be willing to accept when mistakes are made. If we allow mistreatment to continue, then we are dishonoring our self-worth. Respect starts within and is projected outward onto those you encounter. Some may choose to test your boundaries and discover that you don't have any. It's up to you to stand up for yourself and speak your truth with an open heart in a loving manner. You might have to accept that this person no longer serves a purpose in your life and it's time to move on. Reflect on if this person empowers you to be yourself and supports you with love and non judgment. If you suspect you are being used or manipulated, don't delay and communicate how this is unacceptable. Accept that they are in a different place energetically and you are no longer aligned. Release them with love and empathy and be grateful for the opportunity to share energy and space with them. Refocus your energy on doing what's best and true to your heart and take the time you need to grieve the loss of this person in your life. Learn to be alone and content until you are ready to receive who is meant for the next chapter. If you need support, guidance or someone to simply listen, send me a DM and let's start the conversation which could lead you on your own journey to becoming the greatest version of you!
