Do one thing you love each day

If you struggle being fully present in the moment, you are not alone. So many of us get caught up in what has already happened, what's next or the latest notification on our phone. Once you realize you are in control of responding or reacting to the thoughts that enter your mind, the game changes. You take your power back and start living a life that's best for you and those around you. I challenge you to sit still for ten minutes once a day and observe your thoughts, but don't react. Journal your thoughts and start questioning any negative talk or self-doubt. Ask yourself why you have a particular thought and tell yourself why it's not true and tell yourself what is true but you must believe what you are saying. Practice positive self talk each day that builds your self-esteem and self-worth. Use "I am" statements such as "I am strong," "I am enough," "I am capable" and write down your strengths. Set a goal to do one thing each day that makes you feel powerful, strong and full of gratitude and celebrate before bed each night by reviewing your accomplishments. If you need support, guidance or someone to simply listen, send me a DM and let's start the conversation which could lead you on your own journey to becoming the greatest version of you! What are you waiting for? You have so much to gain! Get Inspired To Change Your Life www.changethroughpain.com Much Love – Bradley
