Be kind to the most important person on this planet… you. It all starts with how you treat yourself and the things you tell yourself throughout each day. _____🤗 Build yourself up the same way you would a best friend, a child or your partner. Practice telling yourself each morning how proud you are of who you are, what you have accomplished and where you are at this point in your life. _____👏 If you observe or recognize self doubt or negativity to enter your mind, counter those thoughts with uplifting "I am" statements such as I am loving, strong, capable, intelligent, healthy, selfless, compassionate, happy, passionate, empathetic, empowered, thoughtful, enough. _____🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ The more you exercise this practice, the more likely it will become a habit and eventually a new lifestyle. You will actively reprogram your subconscious to automatically respond with a positive thought. _____💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ Your energy and vibrations will become optimal and begin to attract similar energies and people who are meant to accompany you to your next level in life.
