Focus on loving yourself first through daily disciplines

Swipe to read the second part…We often ask what's the purpose of life, why bad things happen and why so many of those who enter our lives leave us broken. These questions create anxiety, doubt, fear, anger, resentment, and disappointment. However, we don't have to live our lives this way. I can tell you it's true from first-hand experience. Where you focus your time and energy and with whom will dictate the life you live. What's most important is to look within and focus on loving and accepting yourself first. If you take a step back from this whirlwind, so many of us are caught up in, and slow down, breathe, reflect on what's most important while you're here on this earth, you'll begin to see an opportunity to live mindfully and purposefully. I'm speaking of staying true to your core values and purpose which can be accomplished through daily meditation. Focus on healing the inner child, cutting energetic chords and forgiving yourself and others. Recipe for success: Do these daily Meditate for 10 – 20 mins Reconnect with nature Practice gratitude Practice positive self talk Journal any thought or emotion you have Spend time with a loved one Eliminate judgment of yourself or others Lower your expectations Accept your circumstances Build your future by working on your goals Love unconditionally Give selflessly Be present in every moment Make that recipe for success in your daily routine. Create your new lifestyle and those questions will not carry as much importance because you'll be too busy enjoying a life of peace and contentment and on your journey to becoming the greatest version of yourself.
