The road map to reaching your 2020 goals

In 2020, I have been challenging you to step back, pause and evaluate your happiness in six key areas of your life. I've also challenged you to explore your vision for your life and set SMART goals. I stressed the importance of finding a life coach or mentor to motivate and push you to achieve your purpose and passion. You must first learn to love yourself by being honest and accepting the things you need to improve and the many blessings you have. Forgive yourself and others so you can release any negative energy and have a growth mindset. Once you discover the peace within and accept that you are enough, it's time to receive what others have to offer you by giving selflessly of your time and energy. Your compassion and empathy for others and the world around you will provide exactly what you need to continue growing. Practice daily gratitude to keep your mind always searching for the good in every situation. Be present at all times by focusing your full attention on the moment. Let the future handle itself and learn from and let go of what has passed. Be strong, yet kind, when setting boundaries that are best for your mental, emotional and physical health. Do not allow others to dictate how you live your life. These daily disciplined actions are the foundation to living your best life. Commit to 21 days to develop these new habits and 60 days to create a new and improved lifestyle that will result in you becoming the greatest version of yourself. What are you waiting for?
