Discipline Of Great Habits Equals Success

Do your daily habits equal success in your life? How do you define success? Without discipline or purpose, we are wandering aimlessly through life. We may experience highs and life may be going well and you may feel on top of the world. However, what happens when we hit rock bottom and lose everything? All that we thought made us happy is now gone and we realize our happiness was wrapped up in things that are fleeting and inconsistent. This is when having discipline of your mind, body and soul keeps you grounded and appreciative of the many blessings you still have. Discipline your mind and spend 10 minutes each morning meditating on what you are grateful for, your vision, your purpose and your goals. Discipline your body and exercise 30 minutes each day by walking, hiking, running, cycling, playing tennis, etc. Discipline your soul by priming your spirit for 10 minutes each morning reflecting on your strengths, your loved ones, your successes past, present and future. Visualize the accomplishments you will have and feel appreciation. Use the energy you create through priming and meditation to be a positive energy in your interactions with others. Stay focused on the end goal, however live in the moment to get the most out of each experience to learn and grow.
