Appreciation for the many blessings in your life empowers you to take action. Each day is a new opportunity to exercise your mind, body and soul. When you take action to better yourself and the people and environment around you, life has meaning and purpose. Don't overthink and create stories in your mind that allow your fear of the unknown to keep you standing still. If you feel this starting to happen, get moving, think of something you are grateful for, put a big smile on your face and reach out to a friend or family member. You might get knocked down a few times, but keep getting back up and fight for your best life no matter what others say, think or do. If you are doing for others with no expectation of receiving anything in return, the activities you engage in become more meaningful and naturally spread joy. Those you encounter will receive your positive energy and will likely want some of the "happy pills" you are taking. Once they discover there is no drug and the key to their happiness is within them, they will likely be influenced and want to replicate what you are doing to achieve this state of mind. Simply by you being authentically content and happy with who you are and what you have, you are giving back to others by example.
