Decide To Change Your Life

If not you then who, if not now then when? Decide to change your life today. Don't delay even one more day to get the life you want. There are dozens of excuses you can make to wait until tomorrow. I'm too busy, I don't have time, I'm tired, I don't know what to do first, what if I fail?, what will others think?, how do I decide?, etc. Now consider the time you wasted not making a decision or taking action. We are experts at staying busy, but what are we accomplishing that will benefit us? What are we doing that will get us one step closer to where we want to be in life? If you want change in your life, you've got to be disciplined by creating a vision for your life, setting SMART goals, creating an action plan, executing daily and hiring a mentor or coach to hold you accountable and giving back through sharing your experience with others. A few suggestions to help you make time are turn off the television, listen to audio books or a podcast on your drive or on a walk or run that will educate and motivate you to make changes in your life. Spend time with others who are also working to improve themselves and make changes. Announce to friends, family or even on social media your plans to change to help you be held accountable. Once you decide and take action, you'll experience a ripple effect in all areas of your life and these new actions and mindset will start to become habits.
